Thanks, but I'm a beginner when it comes to motherboard repair and I don't know what you are talking about, sorry.
When I plug in my card, it shows four horizontal lines.

Per Hansson, thank you very much for that information. It's really useful. I checked all the capacitors and they appeared to be OK. I started checking the VRMs, but i don't have enough free time for this right now so I took it to an electronics shop so they can check the VRMs and other things.. They will call me next week to inform me if they can repair it or not. I really hope my issue is related to the "electric" stuff because EEPROM and other chips are really hard to get in my country. I will update next week as soon as i have news.

As for the 80h port. I made a huge mistake. I was not getting any output, THEN i took it to the repair shop and THEN I discovered my POST card was damaged. I got a new POST card, but haven¡t been able to test it since the motherboard is on the repair shop. If they can't fix it next week, I will start testing everything again.
