    Dell 172FPb

I have the same old problem, ie flashing green light. I have replaced Q759 & Q760 which have both shorted once again after a very short while, as seems to be the norm.
I see that there are multiple posts on this same fault, so! has anybody out there achieved a PERMANENT repair. The fault is obviously not the transistors. Has anybody tried interchanging transformers to see if the fault moves, and what is this FU90224N about? How does it come into the picture, and where is it anyway?
Has nobody received any response from either Dell or Benq. This is obviously a design fault with so many units packing a sad!!

Welcome to Badcaps! I am not the expert here, just the bus-boy, but I can offer a little.

Did you read this thread? https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1303

These are good guys and can offer help/parts. They do sell on eBay as well.
