LG 66UH5500 won’t power up

When I push the power button the LG logo will flash then the tv goes black and the power light will flash twice and go dead .

Does this sound like a back light problem or more like a power or main board issue ?

Any help would greatly be appreciated

X2 I've repaired 5 or 6 of these. All had an burnt LED issue.
