What are these called (video card heatsink screw...caps)?

These are on a 8600 and 9500. I managed to find new fans after I threw all but two caps away

They sent me the wrong fan (blade instead of centrifugal). Fit the 9500 perfectly, unintentionally. I complained and they sent the centrifugal one (from china, haven't got it yet)

Where do I find these? Ebay only has screw spring, not the other way around. Google image searches resulted in nothing helpful.
