That's because most of those PMs asked the same technical questions that you cross-posted in the thread, which I answered in the thread for the sake of keeping information available for anyone to see.

I don't know why people ask troubleshooting questions over PM. It just doesn't make sense. Why ask one specific person for help, when anyone can read your thread and offer help if they see something they know? And also you can't add attachments in PM. That's why I rarely offer help over PM if the person has already created a thread on their issue. PM is only for _personal_ communications you don't want others to see.

I was actually going to reply to your PM this time. But I suppose you're not interested anymore? Just because I don't reply within a day doesn't mean I'm ignoring you. I don't work here, I merely come to help whenever I have free time (as do all the regulars fellas here). So I reply to posts and PM only when time allows.

That said, suit yourself. I'm not the one calling it quits.

I hope at least OP learnt something and not a lost cause after 179 posts.
At least momaka hangs on that long, it hard to troubleshoot problems from long distance and without 100% sure of the data received.
BTW, I do not answer tech question on PM either, forum is for questioning and replies.
