Transistor identification
Hi I am looking for some help trying to identify an NPN transistor. It is marked TCDL 83-92. Please see attached photo. Any help would be appreciated

what is the unit ? are there anymore transistors same number ? if so you could at least work out the pin out .

Hi pete hall. It is a led ballast unit for an emergency light. There is another transistor marked the same the pin out is as follows:1
pin No 1 Emitter 2 Collector 3 base |

or just stick an NPN ZTX seies in there - thoes can handle serious power. |

any idea on the kind of voltage it has to handle?
maybe a ztx450 would work - but you need to bend the leads a bit. |
