My caps esr levels: Tell me if there considered low..?

The caps I have in use right now for my cpus are as follows:
10 volts
1500uf
Impedance 100khz @ +20C Ohms max: 0.018
Ripple current 1000khz @ +20C: 2470 mA


The impedance/ohms are in the same collum as the same number..

The series says "Low Impedance: 40-70% lower than FC series"

Are the resistance levels on that (0.018) low enough?

Never mind.. I called Panasonic and they said my caps are will work well and not harm anything in a low esr inviroment.
