No post BE6-II --Bad caps?

Hey

I have a BE6II board that won't even post some of the time. It only happens some times and when it does you can only power down at power supply, (holding button in does nothing). Other times it boots and runs fine. I tried a new power supply and ram and its still doing it. I also unplugged everything (but ram) and it still did it. None of the caps seems leaking or swollen.

Classic sign of bad caps. The BE6 is notorious for having them also, I've recapped MANY of them. Recap it, and I bet it works like new.
