Hello, have a Toshiba here with a vestel chassis,and the picture is fine for 20minutes, then it go's black, shine a light on screen and the picture is there,,anyone had the same?

On the black lead of the screen voltage it drops from 35v to 25v and on the red lead it drops from 180v to 119v

Do you have a pic showing the all boards
Its most likley going to be the leds, to be honest

Yep, we need the pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing how all the boards are connected together.
Based on this description: 'on the red lead it drops from 180v to 119v' it sounds like you have open circuit in the LED string.
