As soon as I replaced them with RJH3047, the TV fired up straight away.

So what is the success rate of the FGD4536TM?
Ive used them a few times not an issue, maybe you got fakes ?

Are they normally small? Heres what the packaging looks like and a size comparison.

FGD4536TM is working perfectly even from RS. Batch from rs ends with AA i think.

Maybe you got a bad one? Voltages going to ysus are ok? 215v?

Yes they are small. Did not have a problem with these tbh.

Maybe you subbed them in the wrong area ?

Not to mention... I had made another attempt previously with another board. Both times failed

Take a look at my job. It may look ugly, but it works good as new.

I dont know why your fets blow up but i dont have any problems with the fgd4536tm. All my repairs work with these fets.

Very peculiar. And the fgd's are so much smaller and easier to work with. I'm just not having any luck.

Hmmz back to the drawingboard. The last board with the missing pad turns on but the picture is not good. TPVsus is 215v so thats good.

Board does the same in a different tv. Its a problem somewhere in the recovery section and i think it happened after rjp63g4 exploded taking out IC921.

Service manual does not list all the components so my best bet is replacing the whole left side around ic921.

Anyone any suggestions? The screen slowly comes to live...

I was cheking all tiny transististors and diodes near with fets and igbt, all is ok. Need yor help thank you
