Schematic and print lay out EPS 886098

    Hello dear friends.
I found another printed circuit board from the old box. It is an adjustable power supply from the magazine Elektuur (Elektor).
I only have the number of the circuit board: EPS 886098.
I would like to build this power supply. Does anyone have the schematic, printed circuit board and parts list from an old Elektor Electronics? I can't find it on the internet. Would be a huge help. May be in pdf form. Thanks in advance. Regards. Bektronics.

886098 I think is around 1988? Elektor does put a number like that to every picture and PCB. But USA and UK etc. might be different. I could not find a power supply project in 1988.
