Hi guys,
today arrived a Lenovo Ideapad 110-15IBR CG520 NM-A804 that turn on but the screen is black.
Customer said that probably a power surge caused this.
I've already tried reflashing BIOS without success.
After a few seconds CPU become hot (even in stand-by).
Some readings in stand-by:
- +5VALW_P (PL402): 5.07V
- +3VALW_P (PL401): 3.35V
- +1.35V_PWM (PL3): 0
- +CPU_CORE (PL902): 0
- +GFX_CORE (PL903): 0
- +1.15VA_SOC: 1.15V
- +1.05VA_SOC_G3: 1.05V
- +1.05VA_SSIC_G3: 1.03V
- +1.15VA_SOC_G3: 1.15V
- +1.35V: 0
