Samsung UN65KU6290FXZA Pac Man Effect

Well, this is a first. All voltages look good but I'm afraid the panel is fried. No effect change at all when I disconnect one of the tcon ribbon cables. It's only on the top left and snow on the rest of the panel. Waiting for pac man to jump out of the panel. Anybody ever seen this?

Not exactly like that but close enough to tell that this is a bad Panel/screen. Cannibalise and sell off the other parts.
