I´m afraid BIOS flash will not help you. 90% blank screen with this laptop means problem with NB AMD 216-0674026. Try to change or reball this HD3200 IC and you will see.
I have done all diagnostics and even I used the debug card which does not receive from bios read NO.
Sopik78 I will try to have a go with your answer I even bought Bios chip waiting for it already program.Just in case I upload a photo that show s/n of the motherboard
Sopik78 thank you for the Bios.I have not tried it yet but I am confused now.You said most probably is the NB but now I notice that in second the south bridge is getting very hot.Could it be the problem? So now what I should do if you where me.
What does that mean very hot? Can you hold finger on that chip or it is too hot? It should be warm, but not very hot.
Check all voltages over the schematic, if you have it. Check for broken conectors or USB.
Change the SB if you have some and we'll see.
I have check the schematic and the south Bridge have the connection of LPC Bus to KBC Winbond, Bios and LPC Debug connection.
I will check pin 8 for 3.3v on bios.
I have replaced the bios with a new programmed bios it is still with no picture.
I have reflowed the NB to see if at least I getyb a picture it did not get a picture now my last option is to replace the south bridge because it is getting hot and I will see.
