![]() Hi all was just wondering what glue people use to glue back on the led backlight covers/reflectors (think thats what they are called) when they fall off?,obvs im worried about using anything that may burn with heat..Thanks in advance.

![]() Thanks diif,being solvent free and liquid plastic thats a good shout,high temp resistance as well much better than superglue and epoxy,thanks for the advice.

![]() I use 5 minute epoxy. Gives you a chance to properly center the lens over the LED prior to setup.

![]() I’ve used Cyanoacrylate (Superglue3, etc.) for this purpose. Some complain that its vapors can bleach the lens or LED. The trick here is to use only the exact amout of glue, just a tiny drop in the 3 spots that lens attaches to the strip. Anyone has had issues with this glue? I’m about to fix a LG 42LB650V with plenty of detached lenses and I have to be sure there won’t be long term problems (heat related, for instance).
