Best caps to use on monitors

i will like to get everybody's opinion on what caps are the best(in your opinion)
being new to this world of monitor repair i dont really know what make to use and where to buy them.
all opinions are appreciated and considered good.
my goal its to use a component of best quality so i can get a long lasting repair.
    thank you everybody.

The best advice is to match the impedance/esr and ripple current as best as possible.

Some circuits use capacitors that need low esr but can oscillate or be unstable in general with very low esr capacitors or basically damage capacitors within weeks or months if the esr is too high.

Some linear regulators also require capacitors with specifications within a region, for example the esr must be between 0.1 ohm and 1 ohm - with such circuits we could recommend you some "best capacitors" but these would have esr much lower than 0.1 ohm and mess up the repair.

So best advice.. read what's on capacitor, determine manufacturer and series (usually 2-3 digit code), search datasheet, get impedance and ripple value, find alternative. Impedance can be a bit lower, ripple can be higher in a new capacitor.

Good series of capacitors are Panasonic FM, FR, Nichicon HM, HN, HZ, HW (low esr), HD, HE,PW, (not so low esr but good for low uf, high voltage capacitors), Nippon Chemi Con KZE, Rubycon YX*, ZL* and others but again, double check specs of old capacitors, there's no universal answer.
