There is two IC ... one of them is XMC IC with 16m file and the attached file that you send is didnt work with me .. the other IC is winboand w25q80v with 1024k file and you didnt send it . Which one should i program ??

I think he didn't read the bios correctly..what programmer do you have ??

Bios for this model is 16MB. Maybe you have 2 bios chips 8MB + 8MB.
