    Sharp LC-50LB261U won't start

Originally the power supply board had a bad voltage regulator and exploded resistor and showed no signs of life when powered up. With the resistor and voltage regulator replaced, all of the voltages were where they should be according to the service manual. The standby light goes from solid blue to solid red when the power is turned on. Unfortunately the tv will not function beyond the change in standby light. When the set is turned off, the standby light flashes seven times and turns blue. Is there some reset procedure I may be unaware of as the service manual makes no reference to any such thing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can start by providing us the pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
What control signals Voltages do you have, I.E. PS-ON, BL-ON, DIM, Err, etc.?

The main two layers of the lcd have separated on the left side of the screen. Apparently the adhesive has let go. I've never seen anything like it and I don't know of any way to repair it.
