    Harman Kardon avr-1700 smps

    Hi everybody!
I've got a Harman kardon avr 1700 receiver. Someone maybe in Deutscland, take it to 230 volt AC! So I would like to make a not smps supply for this receiver. I've got all the voltage what I need (+-43,-34,+-12, and +5), but there was 3 pinout in the smps panel what I don't know what it means. power down, amp vcc cont and power hi in! With the new power supply there was only a stand by led lightning. I would like to know how to power on the receiver, and what voltage I need to the 3 pinout?
    Thanks for all...

Do you have the service manual?
POWER_HI turns on the smps for +-12v and +34v
AMP_VCC_ON turns on the smps for the +-45v
POWER_DOWN tells cpu amp has been unplugged (no ac)

Dear R_J!Thanks the answer! My problem is I don't know to power on the receiver. Only the stand by led lightning (orange). Maybe, I think, the receiver need a switch from anywhere to turn on...I have the voltages all the time (not switched), so i think the receiver must be turn on (not stand by mode), but i've got only stand by.
