there is no me region in AMD platforms.Me region is for intel platforms.

Here.Its not difficult to download the bios from toshiba and extract it using 7zip or winrar.

what is the difference with this two bios x32 and x64?all the same size

32 bit operating system ,and 64 bit operating system .If the OS on the hard drive is 64 bit flash the X64 bios.
