blank screen/black screen acer aspire es1-432-c79f

hello, i have acer aspire es1-432-c79f, it is coming on, but the issue is the screen goes blank and sometimes the screen goes black, but the laptop is on, i already tried external monitor but same issue. i already flash the bios, but problem is still there, i already formatted the hard drive but still same thing problem still occur, also when pluggibg the charger the screen goes blank and sometimes goes blank. but i notice that everything works fine in safe mode... anyone suggestion to address this problem? thank you so much...

Did you try another screen cable !
Clean lvds connector .

so you mean everything is ok in safemode.. definitely video driver problem try installing the proper video driver.

screen is ok, lvds cable is ok... yes everything works.fine in safe mode, i already updated driver of video graphic but same issue, then un install video.graphic driver same issue.

try to replace ram module..some laptop uses the higher memory block for graphics memory..

try to test the video graphics mode.. when you go to device manager do you see exclamation in the video graphics.. if so video graphics is defective..

And the drivers for the chip set ?Are they the correct ones and up to date ?

ok problem solve... i just replace PQ21 mosfet... and sometimes desoldering and soldering back PL8 will also solved the issue... and this is common issue for this model... i dont know why... but thanks a lot.... heres the thread that helps me...
