Hi,
I spent many hours to solve this issue without result.
If I insert the power cord I have only 4 volt on power mosfet PQ304 (page 46 schematic), battery receive the right voltage but without digital driving because it need the always on voltages.
If I exclude RT8205 removing jumper PJ401 (page 47) with or without removing the +3VALW and +5VALW jumper (PJ402 and PJ403) the volt on PQ304 are ok.
If I remove only the outs of RT805 with PJ402/PJ403 the issue returns.
I have changed the RT8205 and his mosfets, checked the components around it , removed the PQ405A/B and so on....
I think there is a component in another point of board that cause abnormal consumption on a secondary pin of RT8205 because the issue remain even if you exclude the outputs of the RT8205.
Some ideas to try to solve ?
