3.3V and / or 5V fluctuating randomly. Somtimes 0V, sometimes laptop start and stop, sometimes the controller chip gets very hot. Capacitors replaced, no luck. When i tap, or only approaching to any component in the vicinity of the stand by power with my hand power stopped or fluctuating immediately. What culd be wrong?
