APPLE MacBook Pro 13,3 820-3115-B no chime, no video

Hi, I've recently had a problem with my MacBook Pro 13.3 mid 2012.

MacBook starts, fan is running, MagSafe Led is green and changes to orange.
However, there is no chime and no video. Vcore I measured and CPU voltage, everything seems to be ok.

Can you give me a tip why it could be?

the macbook had no water damage, bios voltage I tested is okay ....
