    Beer sign

liquor store gave me this beer sign. He told me that this beer sign did not work.

I tested it was working. My question is whether there is a leak on gas or power supply? Should l open change capacitors? and what is the working voltage for neon signs? And what can I do with this sign? and other LED tester!

I think they will be at least nearly 5KV! If not at or near 10KV!

If you have a gas leak that little black ring just inside the tube will turn white . Unless some one breaks the tubing thats not normaly a problem . As I remember thoes use hv ac . No caps or dioeds , ect.
