    ThinkPad X1 Yoga 1st Gen (Type 20FR) BIOS needed

    Hi everyone,

    i hope that you guys can help me. So i have failed updated BIOS of my ThinkPad X1 Yoga 1st Gen (Type 20FR) and now it doesn't boot.

    So i think i have to flash the BIOS Chip. Does anyone have a working BIOS file for this Model?

    No one can help?
    Maybe another question. Notebook doesnt boot up. Here is the BIOS dump.
    How can i check if the BIOS file still ok? Or can someone please help me?

            X1 YOGA bios help needed

            have an x1 yoga
            keeps rebooting shows lenovo sign then reboots
            can someone have a look at the bios file pls

            not sure if bios issue or board

                the bios is corrupt, post the laptop type(Types 20FQ,or 20FR...),,and the full name and model of the laptop

                      But lan is corrupted
                      and the rotation sensor has disappeared from device manager

                          I have the same Problem with ThinkPad X1 Yoga 1st Gen Type 20FQ. Can someone help me or tell me what can i do.

                            @ markusMonti Try disconnecting main battery, CMOS battery (coin cell). Press power switch a few times and generally just wait a few minutes, hopefully it will go away and not ask again. If it works, report back.

                              I have disconnect the cmos battery. and pressed the Power button, but nothing works, dark screen. Now i have tried to flash the Bios with the the file from Ghamidi. Now the LENOVO log comes up but then i have got "bad crc of security settings in EFI uefitool" I think i should change some things in the file but i dont know what.

                                x1 yoga 20fr yoga bios help

                                I let the system update, update the me firmware before the bios and this has caused any issue..
                                it will boot but keeps restarting ..

                                is there a way to extract the me firmware and inject an older module..

                                any advice appreciated
