Default LG PDP42G1 Plasma Lava Lamp Screen

HELP!!!! Read through multiple threads but unable to find the answer that I need. I have a picture with oil slick, lava lamp look black blotchy areas that fade in and out. Also green, purple, red, blue dots moving about the screen.
Tom66 guide talked partially about Timing but never could find the details on that. Any help would be appreciated.

A pic of the panel defect would also be helpful.

Sounds like Z sustain. Unplug power to that board and if symptoms are exactly the same that's your likely problem.
