Knocked off Micro-Capacitor under CPU. Help finding replacement.

Hello I knocked off a micro-cap underneath the CPU when taking off the heatsink.
I have the schematic for the original xbox but not the 360 slim.

Can anyone tell me what rating this cap is so that I can replace it. Thank you. This is a pic from underneath the CPU. Right under the "X-Bracket"

It should be fine leaving it like that, it seems like there are many other decoupling capacitors in parallel. Anyway, this is probably a 10uF 6.3V 0603 MLCC capacitor. The 3 bigger ones at the bottom may be 22uF 6.3V 0805. Check the size with a caliper.
