HP NX6125 was short, now on off in few seconds cycle

When came laptop was short, found C273 & c371 were short. replaced it.
now turns on ( charging led green/orange led) off than side only green on for few seconds cycle .
there is no vcore.
PL7 1.066 volt which shoud be 2.5VP
PL8 1.802 volts it is ok
PL9 no power
PL15 no power
