    Acer ES 15 not charging

    Hi Everyone,

    ACER ES 15
    MODEL: ES1-531-P0HG

    It has a built in battery AC14B18J. I want to know if the problem is a dead motherboard or a dead battery. Does anyone have a pin-out of this battery? So far I have measured the battery voltage (between black and red leads) 0v. Please help.

    Replace the battery. Battery is a common failure point and is expected to die after a few years. The motherboard is not.
