Hi have a lg 42pq3000 with a weird bar at the bottom of the picture,any ideas?.Thanks for any input!

Bottom IC or 2nd IC from bottom on buffer board is bad

Thanks a lot Tom.Nice one,im not sure if i will fix the tv i might just sell all the parts except the buffer board as the parts are worth more then the tv as a whole probs!
