    So after you do the jumper procedure check for your blu-on voltage, if it is still missing, the problem is on the power supply board.

        Connector off mainboard jumper standby and blu-on backlights should come on and stay on.

          Try blu-on on with 5v, if that don't turn on backlight you may need to connect ps on blu on and 5v together.

                        You know what? I'm not sure about this particular board, might have to wait for one of the pros to lend a hand, sorry. I'm just not sure, no sense risking messing something up.

                                    Oh crap, my bad I was looking at row1, you can go ahead blu-on is'nt 13 v, it's the row 1 that has the 13.

                                      Go ahead and jumper A5 and blu-on. Just make sure you get the right row by tracing it down your connector.

                                          Can I see the picture to show how you jump the pins of BL-ON (pin 6) and the A5V (pin 12)?
                                          Did you us resistor or you use jumper wire?
                                          I always use resistor in case the mistake is made by jumping the wrong pins together.
