Proview TV can't turn on

I don't know if it is Power supply problem?

First, my Proview TV PA40JK1A will not turn off or any buttons on tv works while remain on the blue screen.

And what i did is to unplugged the power and put it back in, but now the illuminates a white led light for the power instead of blue is how it normally be.

So i try to order the power supply, which one should i order because i check online and order the 860-AZ0-JK371H Power Supply, after i put it in, it still not working. What should i do?

I made a post with the exact same TV with similar problems and haven't gotten anywhere either....better luck with yours.

Post pictures of all boards inside using "Manage Attachments" on the post page. After you take this first step, you will get more & better responses.
