    HELP: discrete to uma conversion

    is there a way to convert discrete to uma Lenovo G555?

    here is the model number.

    NAWA2 LA-5972P
    REV:1.0
    2009-12-01

    there is no display, and the gpu chip is getting hot.
    i dont have reballing station.
    i just want to have display, no need to use the gpu chip.

    is this possible?

    This board is already UMA, the graphics core is integrated in the AMD Northbridge.

        I have an Acer Aspire V3-572PG (Z5WAH LA-B162P REV 1.0). The nvidia gpu is defective. Is there a way to convert discrete to uma?

          Try shifting R219 to R306
