Anything better than UT805A for that price?

Been looking at high-precision multimeters and it seems to me that the UT805A is the best for its price but I could have missed some. I've even run into Rigol meters or similar but when I did the math, it was like 50 % precision improvement for me for two-three times the price.

Will be used mostly to measure ATX PSU voltage for reviews so I need accuracy between 3 and 13 V. At 3.3 with that I can get as low as 0.027 % error, that seems OK.

Nothing? I guess its the best ATM than.

BTW Rigol even jumped on the power meter train. The only question now is whether they have sufficient sampling frequency, if so and they can measure SMPS, as soon as they add basic harmonic analysis function, couple more taiwanese fabs can close the shop.
