EliteBook 8560w NVIDIA Quadro 1000M Shorted

I have HP EliteBook 8560w with an NVIDIA Quadro graphics card which is shorted.

Almost all the capacitors seem shorted and I was wondering if the chip itself is shorted or if there might be a posibility to start and replace capacitors?

How do you measure that gpu is shorted. Gpu has low resistance. When you measure it diode mode it is normal it beeps. You must measure it in ohms mode scale 200 .

when you measure, the multimeter will beep and will show approximately 008 or 8 ohm
