Gigabyte RX5600XT - memory error test

Hallo.
Have this RX5600XT that have memory error. I try to run Tserver test but it freeze in testing and system not respond.

i run classic ./tserver -boardtest=memfa

any hint how to test it to find bad chip?

I'm struggling with 6700xt , boots to os , but with load crashes with green screen , on oscilloscope all phases are working , amd is harder to repair then nvidia
