HGST drive, model HTS541010A9E680 - no reaction

Anyone here tried to repair a logic board of this harddrive(picture enclosed )?
I also enclosed a picture of the board that is faulty - harddrive has no reaction.
There are some ICs but I could not find datasheet.
Are there datasheets for TLS2601 and 88i9305-TLA2 available?

Check obvius things : fuse and TVS.
    Take a look here

Yep. Check the TVS diodes and the fuse first.
BTW: That link above doesn't work.

Nope... not for me at all... I get "server not found". Guess I'll have to use VPN.

I have 5V on the diodes and also on SATA, so fuse must also be OK.
            Any other solution?
            Datasheets are not available?Anyone knows?

Interesting HDD, it runs of the 5V supply only. What happens if you plug the HDD into a running computer and run the disk manager? Does it try to spin up or is it completely dead? I would go and check all the power inductors and resistors, see if one of the SMD caps are maybe shorted, not allowing the buck to work. The TLS2601 is the motor drive controller. Check if it gets any power at all... Other than that, find a donor board.

its a laptop drive (2.5") so it runs off 5v only.
