PSU board EAX64905001 faulty LG 32LN542

Hello friends

My TV stopped working, I need your advice to troubleshoot it.

I found two burned components on the PSU board and the fuse is open.
Those the faulty components:
Resistor of R113 : Can not identify the resistor value. please help me!
Capacitor C102: 330pf/1kv


Please let me know if I need to check somethings else!
