Default Nintendo 3ds xl. dead after home button replacement

Hi!
I have this nintendo which had a bad home button. I've ordered a new one and when i mounted everything it didnt turn on.
I did some measuremnts which you can see in the pictures.
Could someone help me if i shorted something?

You are missing some kind of dc converter.
