    Hi
    la-704p board is dead ,
    19 volts ok .
    No 3.3. or 5 volts
Coil (LP 602 ) Shows 0 Ohms Reading ,after opening 1 side of coil , towards CPU SAME value 0 Ohms.

    is CPU SHORT ?

Probably, check on google usual ohms to ground on this cpu. Also hoe many ohms to ground.on 3.3v and 5v?

If you have 0 ohms to CPU side, CPU is definitely shorted. Just test it with power on coil if CPU is getting hot.

0ohms does not indicate bad cpu, need to compare with working cpus. Some of CPUS has very low ohms to ground on vcore.

Skylake is typically around 6 ohms to ground on CPU VCore.

                  Injected power nothing heating .
Around 1 to 1.3 volt consumes 0.67 to 0.75 Amps maximum

Hi, having the same board on a desk (i5-6200U), with same issue. Let's inject more amps, I've used ~3A to have ~4W for dissipation, then you can identify source easily. In my case it's smaller die on a CPU package. Strange that is probably third board with 6th Gen Intel with same issue.

EDIT: also have short on +1.0V_PRIM rail
