      I haven't tried putting the e6400 back, but I tried putting those ram to another PC (with Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3P also modded with E5430). I set them to 800MHz with auto timings, which were set correctly to 6-6-6-18 with tRFC 51 and run memtest without errors. Then I manually set the timings to 5-6-6-15 with tRFC 42 and the board didn't POSTed. So now I'm pretty sure that it's indeed problem with RAM not liking those timings. I just need to find a way to set the timings correctly. I was thinking about trying older BIOS versions.
