Dell 3521 ac adapter voltage and type cannot be determined

I have a dell 3521 which displays the following message: The ac adapter voltage and type cannot be determined, LED of battery state blinks for 3 second and goes off.
What did I do?
- change the AC charger with another good............same result.
-change a new battery................ same result.
- flash bios with a good one................. same result.
- change PU100............................. same result.
- but I don't know how to track PS_ID ?? it is a signal or voltage??
Please help me...

solved change PR903 page 45 of schematics and all is ok
