    Gigabyte GA-7VAXP ver1.0

My psu shorted out a couple of months ago and fried pins 4, 6 19, and 20 on the motherboard. GIGABYTE GA-7VAXP ver1.0.

Pin 4 came loose from the motherboard when I removed the power supply/motherboard connectors from the motherboard. I had to remove them as a single unit as they were fused together just enough that I could not separate them on the board. The pin portion on the top of the motherboard broke loose from the motherboard but the rest of the pin is still attached to the motherboard and soldered on the back side.

What I would like to know is: is it possible to have this particular pin ((and perhaps the other three pins) replaced.

If so, who would I contact about having this repair done?

I like this board and really don't want to spend the money replacing it with a newer board and processor.

Just unsolder the pins and replace the entire ATX connector. It's not difficult, but needs a fairly high-powered soldering iron (60-75W) to do it cleanly.
