OK: These are are the pin names.
    PD connector

    PIN 1 - 12,9V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
    PIN 2 - 12,9V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
    PIN 3 - 12,9V S13.2V (AUDIO)
    PIN 4 - 12,9V S13.2V (AUDIO)
    PIN 5 - 0V SGND (AUDIO)
    PIN 6 - 0V SGND (AUDIO)
    PIN 7 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
    PIN 8 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
    PIN 9 - 0V AC-DET:
    PIN 10 - 3V PS-ON
    PIN 11 - 4,9V BU5V
    PIN 12 - 12V PNL-POW

According to the flow chart page 6-1 of the service manual:
'Is there the pins (9/AC_DET) of P9601 at “H”? So check pin 9 of P9601 (MAIN BOARD CONNECTOR), more likely to show 0Vdc. It should be >2Vdc for NORMAL.

13.2 volts does travel to the t-con board correct? Try this disconnect both ribbon cables that lead from the tcon board into the panel. On your model in maybe 2 flat ribbon cables and maybe 4. Then power it up and see if you get a solid white led with backlight

Pin 12: 12V PNL-POWER is the one for the T-CON.

If I am correct, he should be able to pull AC-DET HIGH by removing the AC-DET wire from the PD connector and then connect that wire to a 330~1K resistor, another end of the resistor is BU5V and see what happen.

There is also this thread that I found about AC-DET for the same TV model:

So you want me to cut trace leading to AC-DET. Then connect AC-DET pin to BU5V pin with resistor. Right?

Remove the PD-9 wire from the FEMALE connector that goes to the MALE PD connector on the power supply board and then attach the resistor to that wire, another end of the resistor to STNDBY5V, do not cut the trace.
                      PNL-POWER may be another problem.

Okay. I understand. But all resistors I currently have are much over 1kohm (10,21,....)
I will be able to get resistor tommorow or monday. As soon I will get resistor I will post results. If I buy 500ohm, is it ok?
                        And what about that PNL-POWER?

Anything between 330~1K will be fine.
"And what about that PNL-POWER?" That is another problem.
So so far you do have power supply board problem due to AC-DET circuitt, and then then PNL-PWR problem.

If it is the AC-DET problem, I recommend that all 4 optos be replaced. Read the other thread.

What are optos, are they easy to get and replace? How much they cost? won't be easier to buy whole power supply?

The full name of the part is "opto-coupler". Did you look at the other thread? it explains more including a temporary fix. All if your TV has the same problem.

you mean that 68k resistor fix? I can try that. Also can you help me to find replacement for optocouplers? In that thread someone use PC817. Can I try them too?

That's right, the 68k is soldered on top of the the existing 82k or replace it totally with a 33k. Its best to search for the PC817 opto to find what's best available in your area.
Or just play it safe and do nothing else if the resistor mod works.

I do not know what the main board will do when it detects AD-DET problem, I would it should take away the PS-ON signal and then blink and error code, but in this one the PS-ON is still present, it may be true that it will shut down the panel Voltage, that is why he need to fool the main board that AC-DET is OK by pulling the line high and see what will happen next which is what I am waiting to see the result when he gets the resistor.
I believe PNL-PWR is the command pin form the main board, there should be another connector on the power supply board with '12V_PNL' that goes to the T-CON board.

Ok. I have bought resistors. 560 ohm for AC-DET fix.
Also bought 68k smd resistor and also 33k and 4 opto-couplers.
First I will fix that AC-DET and will post results.

Also I got crazy idea. If everything fails, is it possible to buy some lvds to hdmi converter and use this tv only for set-top box? I don't want to do that now. Just if it is possible
