Please i have a bose 46' Audio/Video monitor, the screen is bad i need to know the type of screen it uses, if anyone has the service manual for this model

is a bose wave 46' the screen just tarted showing white but sound ok

Pictures of what we are dealing with?
There is no panel sicker model number?
The more info you provide the more help you will get, it is hard to do long distant troubleshooting when we do not have the set in front of us to look at.

A picture of the system is fine but the pictures we are looking for are how the boards are connected what boards are there, the PSU, Main Bd. T-CON Bd and the like

I can get the manual, but I'll tell you right now there is not a lot of useful information in it. I can give you the panel PN if you want:

It is made by Samsung, but obsolete now. I have a 46" videowave too, still trying to figure out how to fix it. It has some horizontal lines, so I think it is the panel.

If the screen on yours is white, I would think it may be the TCON board not providing proper video signal? 1st thing is, check all the intenconnecting ribbon cables between PCBs.
