Tantal-Polymer SMD caps - best brands?

Guys, I wonder, what are the best brands that made tantal-polymer caps.

I usualy go with Kemet caps:
Some can do 6100mA ripple current - 6mOhm version of the T520C227M006ATE006, witch is usually available only in 15mOhm version

    (220uF 6.3V 6x3.2mm - for old GFX cards, mostly)
...but since you can buy only the 15mOhm version, then you have to settle with 3300mA ripple current.

Sometimes some Panasonic caps are good too:
    A 470uF 2.5V suxxka 2R5TPF470M6L can do 6mOhm and 4400mA is permisible:

Nichicon make only suxxking 150uF 2.5V tantal-polymer caps with 100mOhms and correcpondingly terrible ripple current (1049mA) F320J157MCC:

    So basically useless.

    ...

But that is about it. Someone can suggest good tantal-polymer cap maker(s)...???
