Default Z97-a IC ID

Hi all, would like to solicit your help in ID'ing the IC in the picture. It appears to be a driver. It's located next to the PCH. Appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance!

Its a Richtek RT8065ZQW .The Z97-A boardview is attached if it helps .
