    Biostar P4M80-M4

    Original capacitors: Chemicon kzg,3300uf, 6.3v, 105C

I've been watching the capacitors on this board for a while. A few months ago, I replaced two (badly domed) of the five with used ones as a temporary band aid. It helped the computer complete its self test and boot much more reliably.
The frequency of trouble has slowly increased since. I installed capacitors I ordered from Digikey:
Replacement capacitors: Panasonic CE FM, 3300uf, 6.3v, 105C

I'm quite experienced at soldering, however now the board will not show video, boot etc. The capacitors must be wrong. What capacitors should I buy and use? Also, where can I get them?

I would just throw this junk board out, but I want to get the computer working with its current OS install for about 8 more months or so.

Panny FM are a slight downgrade from KZG, but I would have thought they would be close enough. These would be a perfect match (Rubycon MBZ Series), but there could be something else wrong with the board.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

KZG are known to fail without showing any signs such as bloating or leaking. It sounds like you only replaced the capacitors showing visible signs of failure. I'd replace the remaining KZG capacitors and see if it helps.

        +1
the vrm input kzg's in the 775 version of that board i just fixed were open.only reason it still worked was 2 tiny lytics under the hsf.all the kzg's were open or had hatched!
the system was on a custom cnc of all things.a dozen or so bsod a day was what it took to get them to bring it in!fm's are higher esr than kzg but not enough for it to not work.replace all kzg and check your work.make sure all are in correctly.
