I'm not changing my opinion/position on recapping the board as I said before.
But, you posed the question "I counted all them on the entire board is this necessary to do?", it seems you disagree. So I went back over it and modified what I would at a minimum replace.

Replace the RED
Leave the GREEN
The BLUE are optional. => I assume this is in a tower case. If you're running a video card that generates a lot of heat, the heat can "back-up" under the card. If yes, and since you already had other HM's fail, then replace them also.
You're cap choices are fine. MCZ are better than MBZ. Always go equal or better (or darn close).

EDIT: Forgot to mention that before you do anything on the board:
-get static free
-pull that BIOS battery for 5 minutes
-then pull the CPU and get it in a anti-static bag
